Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the logistics industry. Our respected client is seeking a candidate with at least 2 years experience in Transportation, Warehousing, Trucking, Freight Forwarding, and Contract Logistics operations for the position of Logistics Planning Manager. The job is based in Pasay City, Philippines.

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (Logistics) will support the Business Development team with documentation of processes and programs
Key Responsibilities:

• Manages Client Pooling, Quotation, and pricing, and furnish weekly progress reports to management.
• Prospects for potential new clients, cold call, and meet potential clients - research, build relationships, maintain and leverage current network connections.
• Work with internal team to develop proposals that fits to fully cater client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Manages client retention and enhances existing business relationships - offering new products and services.
• Attend Industry functions and cascade event information to all concerns.
• Assist in preparing service/sales contracts - aligned to company rules and guidelines.
• Assist to provides process to improve service performance to customers and build brand loyalty.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course.
• Knowledgeable and Exposure in International Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Logistics Operations.
• With more than 2 to 3 years of work experience in International Freight Forwarding and doing Strategic planning, project management, business development, lean operation & problem-solving, fieldwork, and with strong motivation.
• Knowledgeable in Documentation Compliance and Standard Procedures.
• Familiar with logistics operations, Manufacturing process operations & improvements, and business systems operations.
• Good Communication skills, proactive, has initiative, and has wide network capacity.
