Job offer: Company Nurse (Beauty and Personal Care)

Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is recruiting a Company Nurse on behalf of a beauty and personal care company. This role will directly report to the HR Supervisor. The position requires a 100% onsite work setup and will be based in Calamba, Laguna, from Monday to Friday.

The Company Nurse will be responsible for the following:

Health and Wellness

• Conduct quarterly wellness programs to raise awareness and encourage employees to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
• Identify various workplace health hazards and implement necessary control measures.
• Schedule employees' Annual Physical Examinations with our HMO provider.
• Provide assistance to employees regarding health-related queries, check-ups, and HMO-related concerns.
• Issue and monitor the supply of medicines and provide first aid services.
• Inspect and audit plant hygiene, cleanliness, and the cafeteria's healthy menu.
• Maintain the Clinic area.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of extensive experience as a Company Nurse, specifically in a manufacturing setup.
• Completed BOSH Training.
• Knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements.
• Proficient in computer use with a good customer service orientation.
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to be assigned to Laguna.
