Job offer: Supply Planner (Purchasing)

What you will do

• Monthly/ Weekly/Daily purchasing of parts
• Daily follow up on orders and delivery dates
• Maintaining setup of PO Date
• Define safety stocks level and focus on level of stock
• Expediting parts
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure required delivery dates are met, resolve escalated issues within execution horizon, eg. expedite/ de-expedite not agreed by suppliers
• Provide visibility into material constraints, changes to the supplier delivery dates and any bottlenecks (operational) to other Planners
• Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to help identify any potential supply issues in the future
• Responsible for material/component inventory and execution.
• Collaborate with global Controlling to optimize material inventory and support achievement of working capital target
• Supply Planning projects for improvement

What you bring
Experience

• Bachelor degree in related area
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
• Related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in materials/supply planning, sourcing / purchasing and supplier management
• Knowledge of supply management / collaboration, inventory management and procurement
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and components in mechanics / electronics
• Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools.
