Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf on behalf of an American multinational company, with products sold in over 180 countries. Our respective client is looking for a Job Analysis Specialist_Fixed Term for 12 months . This job is based in Rockwell with hybrid set up.

The Job Analysis team would need a temporary resource to evaluate every single position that is being created in the HR portal. Currently, we have 8,000 unique positions that exist but were not evaluated - and would now need to be evaluated by this temp resource. Also, in parallel, there is a Job Architecture project running and one of its deliverables is to provide an evaluation of the position "automatically" through the assignment of the job from the Global Job Catalogue. If everything goes well, in one year time we should already benefit from this new way of evaluating positions.
What your day looks like
- Independently conduct job evaluations in accordance with the PMI job evaluations standards.
- Support internal global and local HR partners in benchmark application and review.
- Provide advice, support on evaluation methodologies and job descriptions to the business and HR stakeholders.
- Provide advice and support on the Position Titling Guidelines application on evaluated roles.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and advice to key stakeholders.
What you need to have
- Business or any related-University degree
- At least 4 years of work experience in HR and/or Total Rewards - experience in job evaluation is key!
- Certification in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer) is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software (SAP or Success Factors is a plus)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile person and continuous improvement mindset being able to learn on the fly within the ever-changing organizational environment
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills & attention to details to work efficiently in a multicultural working environ
- Proficient skills in using MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
