Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading cigarette manufacturer in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking an experienced Field Sales Auditor. The job is based in the Metro Manila. Candidates should be amenable to be assigned in our Marikina or Muntinlupa Sales Offices, Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:00 AM.
Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks
- Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities - sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR
- Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations
- Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives
Skill and competencies:
- College graduate of any course (preferably business related courses)
- Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
- Field sales exposure is an advantage
- Experience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended
- Valid driver's license and knows how to drive manual transmission (preferred)
Work Location: National Capital Region Sales Offices - should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the following sales offices:
- Marikina
- Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
