Our client currently looking for Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Associate/Manager who helps the company manage their employee compensation plans using SAP SuccessFactors software.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Up the System: They design and configure the software to fit the company's needs for managing salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Implement New Features: They work on launching new tools and functions to improve how compensation is tracked and managed.
• Solve Problems: They troubleshoot issues that arise during the setup or use of the system and ensure everything works smoothly.
• Train Teams: Teach HR teams and other employees how to use the system effectively.
• Connect Systems: They make sure the compensation software works well with other company systems, like payroll or performance management tools.
• Analyze Data: They create reports and insights to help the company make better decisions about employee pay and rewards.

Key Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong track record in leading end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Knowledge of regional compensation laws and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification in SuccessFactors Compensation Payroll is an advantage.
