Production operations from same sector or manufacturing. The job is based in Davao Del Sur , Philippines.

Job summary:
* As Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes involved in
the extraction and processing of liquid products derived from coconuts, such as coconut milk,
coconut water, coconut cream, and other coconut-based products. The role involves managing all
aspects of production, ensuring the quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of operations.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Production planning and coordination
* Team Mgt and Supervision
* Process Optimization and Efficiency
* Product quality and volume fulfillment
Job Requirements
* A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science or a related field is required
* Previous experience in a production management role, preferably in coconut manufacturing, is crucial
* Experience with coconut product production or in a similar industry is beneficial
