we would like to let you know that we are so disappointed with the service of the Tokyo in Limketkai CDO, we dined in at around 7:32pm and we ordered two bento and one DBR among others to which I add 17 pesos for the DBR as suggested by a female manager/supervisor to make it an unli rice. while we are still eating not to mention that our food are served in 30min span of time divided into three serving. if we don't ff up,they were surprised we still had unserve orders and when we asked for rice for our three unli, the supervisor/manager guy got angry and question why we are asking for rice and serve it in a bowl and only give us two.when we ff up for the unli of our companion, they told us, they had already given us two but yes we still lack one so they serve it with a HEAVY heart ;-( . i ask for a glass with ice as i had ordered a coke in can and its not cold anymore. they did not gave me until we are done so i just brought it home. my husband was so angry but i pacify him in confronting them.we just assumed that they are in a hurry to get home bec they are not willing to serve anymore.my question is 1) what do you mean by unli? 2) are your people even aware of such service? 3) where did you find this kind of people, no manners.we had to your other branches but this is the first time we are so disappointed with the service... we hope you could do something about this issue coz we are hoping to dine again there, someday :-(
