Such an experience last May 25, 2013 (Saturday)_Wedding at St. Catherine School. The supervisor of the said team didn't exercise CUSTOMER SERVICE. And she talks back with customer's concerns. She was confronted by one of the customer because of a utensil concern, instead talks back in an inappropriate manner that triggers the client to a strong tone then. Later on, utensils were visible from nowhere. They dont refill food unless told so. The said supervisor, continue to share her story to her colleagues of what happen considering we were around listening to her strong tone of voice.
Do also train your people to SMILE atleast for us to feel good service.
That was not a good show for me. Please correct this matter.

FYI, your staff even ask for the lechon remaining on the tray. such a shame.
