Review of Imperial Development Corporation

Terrible Company! This is the worst company we have ever experienced after renting apartments for 8years.
People in the office doesnt know what Certificate of Incorporation means.
They kept asking for certificate of employment and ITR.
We kept on explaining we are business owners and not employees.. they don't care. they just want ITR and employment certificate.
They are not friendly, not accommodating and definitely arrogant.
I pity their tenants. How can you ask someone to face you in the office who doesnt know
Certificate of incorporation means? Bad service.
