I had the worst experience with this company. On July 26, i was expecting a delivery from 8am-1pm. Package did not arrive and i called Telephone No. 63 2 837 7749, 63 2 837 3405, 63 2 834 3674
It's either no one was picking up, or they pick up and hang up on you. After more tan an hour and a half, and being transferred 3 times, i got hold of an agent who told me nothing i didn't already know. All i needed was for them to track where my package is and if the rider was still coming. The representative asked me for a contact number and promised a callback in 5 mins. guess what, i spent 2 hours waiting for nothing. This is the worst cusotmer service and i don't understand why GLOBE would pick this as their courrier.

Had the exact same experience. My phone will never arrive thanks to XDE. And Globe seems unable to do anything about their incompetence, which makes them equally guilty. Are they saving a lot of money for sticking with this inept group of logistic amateurs? ATTN GLOBE: Change your courier ASAP! Why are you being stupid?

Same experience here bastos pa yun rider nila. Claiming and questioning your credibility. Nakaka pisst off tong courier nato. #GLOBETELECOM you should change your courier. Ang dami ng nag rereklamo and you're doing nothing. This has to be addressed kasi kayo din #GLOBETELECOM maapektuhan dito!
