Review of E CONNECT TRAVEL AND TOURS

An absolute nightmare. If I could give negative stars I would. We took the 7 day tour starting from Washington DC through Canada and the East Coast of the United States. To start of the trip there were not enough seats on the bus where the tour guide had to sit on one of the steps of the bus (totally illegal), they then switched the bus at our next destination but we soon found out that the air conditioning did not work, so they had to bring in another bus. We also had to switch bus drivers twice because the driver and the tour guide kept arguing. Get this....the first thing that the tour guide talked about was their tip. We spent so much time on the bus with very little time to see things. Our tour guide Frank was absolutely terrible. He kept rushing us everywhere we went. I will never never never even consider a tour like this and will never recommend e world tours. It's a fly by night company that made a vacation into a nightmare.
