i have been a client of ziebart in batangas city for the pass 5 years. sometime in june last year(2011) i had my SUV diamond glossed but in the process, the technician broke my sidemirror without informing me. the next day, i called their attention & they promised to replace it. i called them up almost monthly until dec 2011 when they asked me if i can buy it first then they would just refund me the cash. i ordered the part from a toyota parts supplier, paid for it & gave them the receipt trusting that they will replace the money. today, i made a follow up but still the proprietor-rex redentor c. berdos refused to pay for the amount used to buy the replacement part.
the service of the technicians were good but this incident has made me think again. no matter how good your service is, if incidents like this cannot be addressed properly, you cannot keep good & repeat clients from staying.
because of this, i rate your company the lowest.

4 days after i wrote my review on ziebart batangas city, the owner reimbursed my expense on the broken side mirror. it took him almost a year. anyway thanks for the payment.
