Review of Horizon Travel and Tours, Inc.

Agent do not get back to client despite several requests to give update if tour will push through or not. They will say that it's guaranteed departure but in the end, tour does not push through (according to agent, but not sure also if it's true). Employees saying different things, some will say tour group is already fully booked, some will say tour group did not meet required number of persons. It just ruined our plans. We could have gone through another place with our family, but due to irresponsible and unreliable agents, we were not able to make other arrangements. My leave was totally wasted. And this occurred in 2 instances! Not only once, but twice!
