Review of Philpost - Cabadbaran Post Office

I send letters and money to a girl in Cabadbaran City. When money is sent, it disappears. I m told that the country's post office staff are on the lookout for money and other items that are usually in mail coming from another country and steal it. It is pretty bad when you cannot truth a country's mail service.
