Review of Wham Burgers Firecracker Foods

I would like to report a serious incident that happened at your Forbeswood branch today, Dec. 29, 2013, at 2:41pm.

I entered your store and ordered a Wham! with Cheese, a Coke Light and French fries. The cashier who took my order was Beth. After waiting for several minutes, I went back inside the restaurant to follow-up my order. The burger and the Coke Light were ready but I was told the fries were not yet ready. But when I got to the counter, I saw Beth handing over a bag of French Fries for take-out to a lady who came in and ordered after me. So I asked her if she gave the fries meant for me to the lady and she said she did because the lady was in a hurry! But she ordered after me! What kind of service is that?!!! So I told Beth that what she did was not right because I ordered first and I don't care if the lady was in a hurry.

I am reporting this incident so you can call the attention of your crew and reprimand her as necessary. This is the worst customer service ever and I really doubt if I'll visit your restaurant again.
