The clinic was closed after a 'hostile takeover':

The landlady of the commercial unit surprized the dentist by cashing several checks months late when the dentist thought that her bills had been paid.

Following the bouncing checks, the landlady illegally padlocked the unit with the entire dental equipment still inside (without notice!). The dentist's business was thus destroyed in a matter of two months of quarreling, and she emigrated to Saudi Arabia for employment. The Philippines have lost a good dentist.

If the Philippines had more competent lawyers and a functioning justice system, the landlady could have expected to pay compensations of several hundred thousands of Pesos. Instead, the young dentist was pretty much forced out of business. Now, a family member of the landlady took over the fully-equipped clinic. Hence my rating ('terrible'). Just thinking about this makes me sick. End of rant - have a great day, everyone! :)
