Review of MAA General Assurance Phils. Inc.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL, all promises and commitments to me as client were not delivered. My claim was forwarded last Jan 23,2014 until now no specific feedback on MAA's employess Joyce and Raymond. Last commintment was from Raymond cabisada, he is supposed to call me last friday feb14. No call was received we have 3 accounts in you. VERY DEPRESSING EXPERIENCE from an insurance company.Joyce is no longer answering my calls thru their mobile number ********.
