The balikbayan box which my daughter from Jeddah was sending since March 6, 2014 when until now it is already 60 days we have not received yet. Is this the kind of service your giving to your customers? I have been following it up thru your forwarder here in Dumaguete (NDS) but no notice yet as to when it will be sent to them. If that is the case why continue your business when you have poor service to your customers? The contents of the balikbayan box are very important that we will receive them on time.
