Review of SLIMMERS WORLD INTERNATIONAL - SM Megamall

I have been going back and forth slimmers mega for almost a year now to have my ID replaced since my wallet was lost,apparently they cant locate my file since they have to manually search and no database. I paid for a lifetime service last 2013 and was not able to take advantage of what i paid for.

I received a call from them but they dont want to issue a new card and they allowed me to go to the gym but with restrictions, as a customer who paid for around 30thousand 12 years ago to take advantage of a lifetime service, this is really unfair!

I hope this company atleast have decency to safeguard their files. such a waste of money!
