Review of ITBS Information Technology Business Solutions Corp.

This feedback is based on my experience as a client and also as an employee with Itbs corp. I joined this company because of its innovative products and services. It offers customised IT-based solutions such as: designing and developing information systems, security surveillance (CCTV), LED lights, auxiliary systems, and in intelligent office renovation.

I worked for this company for a year. Marketing it's products & services. After several months, I noticed that this company had no proper training, no labor incentives, sub-standard work flow organisation, and terrible customer service. I even invested in our security & surveillance cameras in our own home. The technicians lack business ethics, there was no proper probing, and they were not able to address our major concerns.

As an employee, I worked passionately to contribute to the growth of this business. I introduced it to the most reputed individuals I am connected with. Closed 14 Million worth of sales. Risked my life to near death experience when i was rushed to the hospital due to typhoid fever and salmonella. And after everything I have done, I was dismissed due to some mistakes i admitted to be wrongfully accused of. I neither got compensation from my hospital bill nor my remaining commission from my 14 million sale.

This feedback of mine is to warn those who plan to do business with this company. I leave it to you to judge.
