Review of Meralco - Dasmarinas Branch

This is with regard to report number ********. The concern was raised at 9am and was promised 3-4 hours resolution, however it is almost 24 hours now and no one has arrived to fix the problem. The customer service also is of no use, even if you call them up to the *nth time! They are all consistent in telling you "antabayanan nyo lng mam". It is so frustrating!!!
