Same experience with me here. The delivery commitment by Globe is not realized in my case and until now SIMEX cannot be reached. Tried calling the phone number provided by a Globe CSR but it kept on ringing like it would be ringing for the whole day. Tried to use Google until i found this review site. I tried calling other numbers but the number found in Google are not yet in service and the provided website wwww.xde.com.ph is not in existence.
