Review of Ximex Delivery Express

Order from Lazada was placed Dec 10 and was shipped for delivery via Ximex Dec 13. 15 days later, I still have no update from Ximex on the status of the delivery. All of this company's listed contact information are not working and there's no way to get in touch with them except through Lazada, who does not have updated info on the delivery either. It's so upsetting. Lazada needs to STOP USING THIS COURIER SERVICE.
