Review of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Iligan City, Lanao del Norte)

I would like to complain LBC Express Pala-o, Iligan City Lanao del Norte for not delivering my parcels. I am a frequent online shopper from various online shops and uses COD as payment method however, most of my orders did not arrived to me. I checked the shipping information and the status is OUT FOR DELIVERY, I waited for days but no delivery has been done and few days after, the status is changed to NON DELIVERY where in fact they didn't even noticed me about my parcel. This does not happened only one time or two times but multiple times already, it's really getting on my nerves. There was also one time that they mistakenly handed over my parcel to another consignee and I have to locate that person myself to return it to me. One more thing, LBC staffs in that branch are very impolite. Please make an action about this. Looking forward to your response.
