Place order in Lazada May 24 then the estimated delivery time is May 26-28. Ayun May 29 na wala pa so i called Lazada then they said na re-schedule ang delivery to May 29 - Jun 2 without reminding me. Then nung Jun 1 i check my Lazada apps laking gulat ko na it was tagged as deliver..? Sino nag recieved at san kaya nila dineliver na hindi ko alam..? Tinawagan ko ule si Lazada to confirm kung nadeliver ba tlaga at kung sino nag recieved ayun mag-antay daw ako ng response ni courier kase thru email lang ang contact nila. Big Comapany walang landline or ayaw na lang talagang marecieved ng call dahil puros reklamo lang ang inabot..? Till today wala pa din silang response at maipakitang Proof of deliver.. at kung wala daw talagang maipakitang FOD eh another process na naman for refund. It tooks 5-15 bussiness day ang processing nun.. ANG LAKI NYONG ABALA AT PERWISYO.. MUKHA NAMAN KAYONG SARADO DAHIL DI NA KAYO MA-CONTACT KAYA DI KO NA SASABIHING MAGSARA NA KAYO.
to LAZADA magpalit na kayo ng courier dahil itong courier na ito ang sisira sa pangalan nyo.
