Review of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila - St. Francis Square)

We've been a client of LBC St Francis Square Mall ,Mandaluyong City for more than 4 years now, I find it really great because the employees previously were very accomodating,polite and kind like lorna,joy ,gerlie and the guy with bald hair i forgot his name .But after they were assigned in other branches,the new employees were not like them ,not accomodating ,not even smiling ,whenever we have concerns with all the important docs sent to us and we gonna call they will off the phone .Your service is really great for so many years id been using it for more than 2 decade in different branches .It was my first time to experienced disappointments through your new employees just recently and today.I hope that this can help your company to have a better employee for a better services. Trained them like what your previous employees are.
