Review of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Iligan City, Lanao del Norte)

Bad customer service. Nag pa mail ako tapos naka indicate na rush pero wala man lang sense of urgency. Iligan to Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte should be not take days to deliver knowing that it is a 30mins to 1hour travel. Super bad customer service, when I was asking for the update of the delivery she is impolite to answer me. I understand that there will be a time that every branch is busy but at least have the decency to be polite in answering queries. Naka indicate na nga sa pouch na RUSH pero parang wala pa kayong pakialam, what is even worst ay nung sinabihan ko na important document for bidding purposes sa work ko at dapat ma receive ang document within the day tapos sinagot pa ako nang customer service na "lahat nang documents na pinapadala is important kaya nga nag babayad sila." It is very sad to hear that from your front liners. I know important lahat ang pinapadala sa LBC hindi ko na man sinabi na hindi importante ah. All I'm asking naman is to you guys na sana ma deliver yan agad2 kasi urgent yan. Okay lang sana if hindi naka indicate na RUSH, kaya nga nag indicate ng RUSH kasi URGENT. Nag babayad kami nang tama sana naman gawin din niyo ang part niyo as the #1 courier in the Phils. Sayang lang ang tagline niyo na "Hari nang padala." Very disappointing experience from LBC Iligan Branch.
