i was about to buy an aircon unit yesterday, i was so frustrated that i spent more than 2 hours to be accomodated and later ended up with othing...i was brought to the nearby handyman to pay off because there was a problem in the connectivity of my card...the supervisor at that handyman was to sluggard in the decision making that i was so impatient waiting for her to intervene to a customer like me...ganyan sila ka unprofessional, walang sense of urgency!!! pa peteks peteks..tapos sasabihin sa akin na pareho kaming professional...nasan ang professionalism nila if there is no felt sense of urgency and touch of readiness to help?...the story has stirred up a day (8-9-17) prior to my actual buying...i was able to sign up a form na only to find out that their connection status was not good for BDO card the previous day...since my contact details were already there a salesclerk called me up the next day to come back to facilitate my transaction...ang kulit nga ng salesclerk contacting me several times even when i was holding my clinic...pinagbigyan ko kasi interesado naman talaga ako...that day, 8-10-11 around 6:30 pm my transaction started that lasted for almost 1 and 1/2 hours without an appreciated outcome!!
Nasan ang sinasabi ng store manager ng handyman na hiningan ng tulong ng robinson's appliance store...? She has been contacted many times by the staff that there was a problem connecting and i was seeking for help, yet she was so sluggard to act! Should she be there to actually investigate the scenario e di sana di na nairita customer nya...NO WONDER...laging nauungusan ang robinsons ng nearby facilities kasi very poor ang "sense of professionalism"
