Review Rude Employee

I called your company to update our client database and one of your female personnel answered the phone. However, she was very rude and started talking at the same time as I was explaining my reason for calling. I was asking a question when she abruptly ended the call. I hope that this certain employee can be taught how to handle calls properly and professionally. Her behavior reflects both her and the company that she currently works in.
