Review poor service

very poor service! item arrived in their office last Nov.16, but until now Nov 21, i haven't recieved my item, i asked my nephew to claim the item from their office yesterday but they said item was already with the delivery man ,ive waited since yesterday still no item. hiw their system flow then? so disappointed on their poor service. did not recieve even a courtesy call from them to status my delivery. i hope this will not be taken for granted.
