Review WORST SERVICE

i had visited shakeys sm rosales branch, i talked to a woman manager she was not so warm, not so friendly,i think she is more deserving as a principal or librarian who dnt need to smile n be friendly, most of the crews are not properly trained,only one crew which name is jenny deserves to be in the restaurant industry she is more deserving to be promoted, that branch is the worst restaurant i had visited, try your luck so u can see how they treated customers, wake up shakeys main!, shakeys image is becoming bad because of that branch
