Review of Casa Medica

Staff, nurses and doctors are terrible. Doctors made you wait for 3 hours without consideration of your time. They may be late as they may came from other clinics and hospitals but nurses/staff at the nurse station or at the Industrial section never set your expectation as to what time the doctor arrive . There's this pedia whom we waited for 4 hours. We arrive in SM Southmall at 1pm and was advised that time of the pedia is at 2pm but lo and behold, the terrible doctor arrived at 5 min before 5pm.. And no advise or update from the staff or nurses. They don't consider the time of their patients valuable and worst nursed dont tell you what room you'll stay or set your expectation as to what number are you on the queue. Very bad experience. Everyone beware of this Casa Medica, they have new staff who dont know what they are doing.
