LATE DELIVERY
On June 22 (Friday)I called your office to follow up on my order of 5 cases (120 boxes) of Banana Mix which I paid for on June 19 via BDO. I was told that delivery would be on the next day June 23 (Saturday). I waited the whole day but no banana mix arrived. Because I had an order for 100 loaves of banana bread, I was forced to go to several grocery stores just to complete my production requirement and me and my crew had to work up to 3:30 in the morning to meet our promised delivery to our buyers. Your delivery arrived June 25 (Monday), too late for my deadline.

May I just express how disappointed I am at your unsystematic delivery system and the unethical conduct of your sales group. Someone should have called me to tell me that something went wrong with the delivery but nobody did. I called your office several times throughout the whole Saturday but no one answered. Why didn't anyone tell me if your offices were closed on Saturdays. Why couldn't you instruct your delivery crew to immediately bring the products to the agreed place, since you or your staff knew that I was expecting the products. Shame on you. You have no word of honor. You are a disgrace to your company.

I hope this reaches higher management and I hope you learn from this so that other bakers will not suffer from your incompetence.
