Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced
I ordered two plastic parts for my kawasaki motorcycle. They made me give a downpayment of 500 pesos with the total eventual cost of 800 pesos. I never bother to write reviews for anything but this time I felt compelled. They said it would take 1 month for my parts to arrive. I ordered in February 2018. March came, nothing. April, still nothing. I kept going in to inquire why it was taking so long. They always gave an excuse. Finally when May came, I asked for them to cancel the order and give me my money back since they weren't delivering the product. This part was such a hassle. The Manager was never there. It is now July 2018 and I finally got my 500 pesos back. I've personally made 6 trips to their store to get this back. I'm talking about the Kservico store on Balzain Highway, Tuguegarao near the end of the runway of the airport. I will never go their again for any kind of business and I will go out of my way to make sure my friends don't go their either.
