Review Disappointing and damaging

Letter sent on monday has not been deliverd as of 10:30 this morning or 4 days it was sent. It is a Kalibo to kalibo mail and delivery only. Ironic since LBC was chosen being dubbed as being prompt and timely on dlivery, or same day delivery for same town mails. LBC should explain this because time was of the essence in the said letter.
