In 2017 your company installed the roof on my house and did a very good job. However, I needed to replace a section and contacted May Bayron in your Cebu office. I am not happy with the service I received. I felt like no one was coordinating with each other. I wrote her the below comment. She informed me to go today and see Jennylin, however he was not at work today. May, the service I received today was very poor.jenny was not there and no one was expecting me. They wanted to pay cash instead of paying thru bank to bank for my convinience as customer.. your poor company dnt have any receipt? I showed them your own contract which says "no cash payment" Even after I received my papers from accounting, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the materials. You should of made sure that the materials were prepared and waiting for me the CUSTOMER!!! I am going to complain to your main office. I hope that the installer will be at my house tomorrow, as you said!!and you will provide me the said receipt i asked to my support my liquidation.
