Review Watch out for Czarina Allanigue

I paid her a lot of money as down-payment to remodel my condo in back in 2016. It's almost 2019 and nothing has been done. I had to remodel it myself and ask for a refund. She has yet to give me a single dollar back even though I've demanded a refund many times. The next step will be me taking her to court for scamming me out of a lot of money. She constantly lies about what she will do. She always says she will get back to me then never does. Working with Czarina has been nothing but broken promises, wasted money and constant stress. Beware of working with her.
