Manager and Customer Quarrel at the Counter
Just to let everyone know about the current and trending incident at French Baker SM Bacoor, where the manager is disputing with the lady at the counter. The argument has something to do with the resigned employees who was just asking of her clearance with the signature of the said manager and this freak lady refused to hand it over thereby causing their argument to escalate over the counter. This incident is very alarming as this showcases how poor the leadership training(if there's any) in your company. And mind you, this video reached out the Filipinos here in Canada and it's such s shame!

I watched the video. It is indeed alarming and unethical. I'm at a big company at sales. But we don't tolerate such kind of attitude. She should have respected the decision of the resigned employee.
