Review Kulang sa communications

Been 2 days na nakakareceive ako ng text na maidedeliver ung package ko that day pero walang dumadating. I tracked my shipment on the web and it says shipment issue because hindi daw kilala sa lugar ung pagpapadalhan
.for Gods sake ilang beses na ako nagpapadeliver ng items dito through lbc. And sana tawagan nila ako kasi provided ko naman phone number ko sa shipment. Just so pure katangahan.
