Review package cannot be found

i send documents friday March 22, 2019 expected pick- up in Manila is March 25,2019. When i tracked it cannot be found i called LBC Toledo where are my documents they say they don’t know they cannot track my package and i received very poor answer. My receiver in Manila keeps on checking on where is my package the LBC in Manila cannot track it also. LBC Toledo not recommendable and have the poorest service. I made international call but i get not convincing answers????
