Aswering the phone and accomodating callers
No body anwers the phone and after calling for more than 20 times the person just said that the person in charge of the route is on a lunch break and will be back 2pm and i was calling 12 noon. Didn’t know that the personels in our post office have 2 hours break.. very management needs to be strict or next time they will be on tv.. #8888

Called today to follow up on a check that has been delayed due to an "unknown issue." Spoke to a gentleman (after 5 attempts) and all he said was to go their office in the afternoon. Why the hell would I wait for afternoon schedule if all I want to know is if my check has already arrived in their facility? Very incompetent service. He did not even answered my question. Pathetic service.
