Review No payment posted

To whom it may concern,

Good day!

Last July 2, 2019, we received disconnection notice with unpaid bills for May 2019 and June 2019.

Last July 9, 2019, we paid the amount of Php 1,779.09 thru LBC.

Last July 10, 2019, Meralco associate named Frederick Manuel visited on oir house and informed us that we should pay the remaining month unpaid because auditor will come for inspection. We suggested to pay in the afternoon but he insisted that we will give oir payment to him amounting to Php 2,000. Unfortunately, the said Frederick Manuel did not pay our bill.

Today, we received advice of contract for termination. But we we explained that we already paid the remaining bill thru Mr. Frederick Manuel. He said he will check for it.

We would like to seek help for this matter.
