Review Compressor

Hi i am writing this since your service center here in bacolod city is not doing their job. It has been almost 2mos that my aircon is not functioning due to compressor defect (under warranty). Please help me. Your staff here just keep on telling me “next week” but up to now the order is still not here.
Fyi, we are using the aircon to my spa business so you can just imagine the trouble you cause to me. So please i beg you do something!
