Review Double charge

Today ,November 6 2019..
The amount should i received is 4,140

The teller told me i will received only 4,015..

I surprised! why? its like i pay again another charge?!.i.pay the charge already in qatar..

Why the other remittance i received the same amount.like palawan..

I ask the teller to cancel and i will try other remittance center..then she answered me,its already on process so its not possible..so i have no choice


But please give me a good reason about this issue..
