Review XDE should be banned from any delivery service!

The assigned delivery guy from XDE called me to confirm address and assured delivery within the day, but he never arrived. Next thing I knew my package was returned to their QC XDE mobile warehouse, and it's been sitting there for 10 days now. You can't even call them because no one answers. Seller washed his hands by saying its Lazada's responsibility. With so many bad reviews of this XDE company, why on earth is Lazada still using them?? Mag sara ma kayo!!!
