Review incompetence staff

i have been a regular customer of robinsons place manila davids saloon as i like the cut service of one of ur hair stylist, however during my visit today as i have hope that i can avail the service first so i am at the saloon durin the mall opening and was advised that my hair stylist will be available by 2pm .... I waited 3hours roaming around the mall and received a call afterwards that my hairdresser was there but on my dismay they have accommodated a new walk in client(why mas mukhang mayaman ba? Kaya ko rin magbayad more) but the point is i was first why should i wait .... Please teach ur people to be professional with dealing with customer.... I hate how your service treated me... All thumbs down
