Review Bank services

Bank services here in this branch ( boi family bank bf branch) is very poor. We waited for a while and approached the 1st teller and told us that opening account would be to the other teller. We again waited for the 2nd teller is attending to another custumer. After the said customer we approached the 2nd teller and AGAIN TOLD US opening account is to the next (3rd teller) teller. Is this how we yreat NEW ACCOUNTS. We arrived here at 1500h, its already 1530h and still the 4th and 5th teller is attending to other customer.
I have high expectations with BPI. But this branch has poor service. PLEASE IMPROVE.
