Rudeness of the cashier
I dunno how to file a complain against this establishment. Nainis lang ako kasi 1 hour and 30minutes naghintay sa aking order. According sa cashier nag inform daw sya na maghintay ng 1 hour, pero sa pagkakaalam ko di sya nag inform. and bastos pa ang cashier named "BEN"... He insist that he inform customers to wait 1 hour, but i never heard him informing to wait that long. and it seems kasalanan ko pa na hindi ko sya narining. and he is so RUDE as in RUDE, and he raised his voice towards me. is that the way how you address complain, and it seems, sya pa ang galit. and it also seems, walk in are not being prioritize, rather they prioritize GRAB DELIVERIES AND FOODPANDAS... How about the walk-ins? is it ok to let the WALK-IN customer to wait that long? 1 hour and 30 minutes is unjustifiable. Do not give me a damn reason, due to ECQ and a lot orders for delivery is been made kaya natagalan.... ang bastos ng cashier, talagang ininsist nya na sya ang tama kesyo kasalanan ko pa di ko sya naring, eh hindi naman talaga sya nag inform. The cashier doesnt know what is customer service, and a lot of customer hears him. Instead to aplogize since ang tagal nga ng waiting hours, sya pa ang galit. May customer service orientation bah kayo? Kasi yung cashier, di niya alam how to handle customer in a courteous way. And pls sana e prio naman yung walk-in customer rather sa mga GRAB delivery and FOODPANDA.
