Review Very Unprofessional, Uninterested in Providing Assistance

I called the hotline because I needed a jumpstart. First person I spoke to seemed annoyed at the call and said to call another number that he would text me. The number sent to me was one digit short. Tried calling the hotline again but my call kept getting rejected. Finally got through to another number, only to be met with annother annoyed sounding employee who curtly informed me that Motolite doesn't provide jumpstart services. I pointed out it's there on their website, but all I got was a rude "Sige sir, sige sir" before the phone was put down. Would absolutely not recommend.
